Belle is a curious and playful tabby kitten who joined the lab in Fall 2018.  Her primary research interests include understanding why Fancy Feast treats are endlessly appealing, examining the vocal pitch of meows and what pitch is the most effective at eliciting human response, and exploring the mechanisms through which playing with toy mice fosters healthy development into feline adulthood.  When she is not in the lab, you can find her taking frequent naps.
